Your experience starts at 11.00am with designated parking at STONEHURST FARM where you will meet the drivers, see all the PARADE RIDE cars and have time for a PHOTOSHOOT with our  Photographers and all the parade vehicles.  All the photo will be available for you to download  FREE OF CHARGE. Feel free to invite your friends to come and watch you at the Photoshoot and see these fabulous vehicles up close.

Your Convoy of parade cars will then set off – down through Stonehurst Farm, past the famous Motor Museum and John’s House Michelin star restaurant onto the main road through Mountsorrel where we will pause at CARSA Car Sales, ready to join the rest of the REVIVAL PARADE.
The parade route takes us through the village, (Waving to the crowd is highly recommended) and finishing the Parade part of your journey at the Village Green. – We will then continue out of Mountsorrel, cruising the countryside to bring us back through Quorn to STONEHURST FARM, at around 1.00pm.

Classic ’40’s style Hot Rod. As seen on ITV ‘This Morning’.
Owned and driven by the creator of the Mountsorrel REVIVAL.
Travels the country …. and does the shopping at TESCO’s
3.5 Lt V8 engine. Open engine and whitewall tyres.
This car has starred on TV, in Videos, Photoshoots, Weddings & Proms.
It has raced at Santa Pod, ‘Flag-start’ Airstrip Drag Races. ‘Race the Waves’ at Bridlington, and run on the famous ‘Speed Beach’ at Pendine Sands in Wales, home of the original Land Speed Records.

The F430 is a 2 seater mid/ rear engined supercar.
Designed by Pininfarina and powered by a 4.3 litre normally aspirated V8 engine, developing 496 bhp.
The car accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4 seconds and on to a top speed of 196mph. It is very red and very loud!
NOTES: The car is very low to the ground and fitted with carbon fibre racing seats. Passengers need to be able to bend down low to get in and out of the vehicle.

She is named ‘Bobby’ for this connection. Powered by a 2138cc, 4-cylinder with twin Weber carburettors, she sounds fantastic.
Now completely restored in British Racing Green with chrome wire wheels.

STONEHURST FARM CHARABANC
“Old-School Works Outing”


Visitors to Stonehurst Farm Motor Museum will recognise this fantastic ‘Days of Old’ Charabanc.
Originally built in 1905 it worked in London before moving to Anstey in 1909. It was scrapped during the Great War  but the body was kept as a potting shed in a garden behind what is now Alpine House Surgery.
Stonehurst Farm restored the body and rebuilt the bus in the 1990’s.
‘John Bull’ lives in the Motor Museum, coming out for village events…and the off pub crawl!
